Refund Policy

Please note the following conditions:

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items.
• Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging (where applicable). Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed, and free from markings, pet hair, deodorant, or laundry detergent.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns initiated will be subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• All domestic returns are subject to an $8 shipping and handling fee.
• Exchanges for a different size or color of the same style can be made depending on product availability.
• Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid delays in processing. Once the package is received, the return will be processed and you will be notified via email. DHIRE is not responsible for non-DHIRE items mistakenly returned, as we may not be able to recover them. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged by your chosen courier during the return process.
• Upon receiving return items, we conduct an inspection. If the product is not faulty and shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing tags, or falls outside the specified time frame, the items will be returned to you. If the return meets all conditions, an online store credit will be issued for the item cost, excluding shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to correct, update, or change our returns and exchange policy at any time without prior notification.
